A1A Beach Rentals is a leading provider of beach and water sports rental equipment serving the greater Cocoa Beach area. In addition to our full beach compliment of chairs, lounges, umbrellas, and carts, we also provide rental equipment and services for surfing and paddle board lessons, kayak trips, flats fishing, surf fishing, and bike rentals.
Our delivery and service area includes all of Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, Merritt Island, Satellite Beach, Indialantic, Indian Harbor Beach, and Melbourne Beach. We also work with cruise passengers seeking bike rentals and watersports activities during their shore excursion time when visiting Port Canaveral. Taxi service runs to and from our location all day, every day cruise ships are docked in Port Canaveral.
Our surfboard inventory includes dozens of soft trainer surfboards, fun shapes, hard and soft longboards up to 11 feet, and performance surfboards from 5 to 8 feet.
Our stand-up paddleboards(sups) include soft-topped flat water boards for use on our inland waterways and make a great option for viewing wildlife such as manatees and dolphins, and for doing yoga, a growing group paddle board activity. We also have several performance paddleboards suited for use in the ocean and surfing.
Our kayak services include rental with delivery, guided nature tours, semi-guided fishing trips, beach kayak fishing, rocket launch viewing, and custom kayak trips. Give us call with your idea or we'll come up with a suggestion or two for you.
Bike rentals are a great way to get around town and our beach cruisers are equally adept at riding on the beach as they are on the road. There is no need to drive around and search for bikes. We'll be happy to deliver all the bikes you need, and we can provide baskets and locks as well. We also have infant bike seats and toddler trailers too.
Oceanfront resorts that we are happy to recognize as valued partners include Las Olas Beach Resorts, Discovery Beach Resort, The Resort on Cocoa Beach, Ocean Landings Resort, Royal Mansions, Coral Sands, and Oceanique Resort. All beaches in our area are open to the public, but some public beachfront parks provide better parking and services including restrooms, showers, picnic areas, etc. Parks we recommend include Jetty Park, Cherie Down Park, Shephard Park, and Lori Wilson Park. Public beach access is available every block however.
